Faith is a seasoned professional with expertise in research management, grants management, project oversight, intellectual property management, and technology transfer. Holding a Master's in Intellectual Property and Development Policy (KDI School of Public Policy and Management) and a Bachelor's in Political Science and Economics, Faith is passionate about driving socio-economic development. She has played a pivotal role in establishing Technology Transfer Offices in Malawi, bridging the gap between research, industry, and end-users. Her work with the Science Granting Council Initiative (SGCI) has strengthened science granting councils across Sub-Saharan Africa. Faith has also led grants management initiatives with organizations like DFID, IDRC, and NRF. She serves as a Technology Transfer and Grants Officer at the National Commission for Science and Technology (NCST), promoting innovation and aligning research outputs with industrial and societal needs.
